POLICIES
You must be 18 years or older to book an appointment
All appointments must retain a valid credit card on file to protect me and my time from last minute cancellations and no shows.
All clients must fill out the necessary forms before their appointment.
I understand that emergencies happen and things come up, all I ask is you respect my time, as I always have and always will respect yours.
NO SHOWS + LATE CLIENTS
ALL no shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
I allow a 15 minute late window, after 15 minutes you will be charged 50% of the service and the appointment will be canceled. Any cancellations after 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. If you no call, no show, you will be automatically blocked from booking.
CHILDREN + GUESTS
Please do not bring children to your appointments. Under no circumstances are children allowed in the service room during your appointment. I have extremely expensive and dangerous equipment, products, and supplies.
No extra guests are allowed at any time
REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds, purchases are final sale
LOCATION
I am located at 15280 NW Central Dr Suite 103 Portland, OR 97229 in Bethany Village. The entrance to our suite is off of NW 153rd Terr, behind the building of the actual address.
